Coffee and Tea lowers the risks for stroke and dementia: Research
A research conducted in the United Kingdom observes that Coffee and Tea lowers the risks for stroke and dementia.
In total, there can be four permutes for this case.
- A coffee drinker.
- A Tea drinker.
- Someone who drinks both
- and someone who drinks none
which one do you belong to? Well if you belong to the third category, then there is a good news for you. According to a study published in PLOS Medicine on Nov. 16, 2021 says having both tea and coffee in the diet reduces the risk of stroke and dementia.
Remember, this study is observational, not the proof.
Benefits of coffee
A theory according to Johns Hopkins Medicine suggests that people who consume more coffee are less likely to got type 2 diabetes. Drinking coffee also reduces the chance of heart failure. It lowers the risk of developing the Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases.
NOTE: But remember, too much coffee has too much cons with it. You wouldn’t like to suffer with Anxiety and sleep disorders. make sure to consume coffee in the first half of the day. that is before the 12:00 pm.

Tea improves your metabolism. It reduces the danger of heart diseases, stroke, some cancers, Alzheimer’s and Dementia. It improves oral health, and many other benefits too.
