2 Play your favorite games with your friends

There are many benefits of going out and playing games, some of which are;

  • opportunities for hands-on learning about physical forces and concepts;
  • reduced stress levels, better moods, and improved concentration;
  • more naturally-attuned sleep rhythms; and
  • enhanced opportunities to learn social skills, overcome fears, and develop a lifelong connection with nature[5].

3 Organize and optimize the space you have.

Optimizing your personal space has so many benefits—from making you more efficient to reducing back pain[6].

Whether you’re looking to take on a huge organizational project like your closet or something smaller and more manageable like your underwear drawer, your pantry, or that crowded bookshelf, you’ll feel amazing when your home is neat and tidy. Before you throw clothes or old furniture out, check and see if anything can be donated to a worthy cause[7].

2 Take a Power Nap

If you’ve had a stressful week, there’s nothing like a quick 30 minutes nap to get you back on track. Catch up on your sleep now and reap the benefits[8].
